Dollhaus was created by bassist and songwriter Bobby Marquis in 2007. As a musician for over 40 years, Bobby has had quite a prolific career performing with some great musicians in the past and present. His biggest success was during the 80,s with a ska-reggae group called the Pushkins, which caused a major hype and punk movement in Ottawa , Canada. The Pushkins opened for such classic acts, such as, Steele Pulse, Black Uhuru , Bad Manners , The Clash , the Parachute Club , and Doug and the Slugs.

Dollhaus released their first cd in 2007 entitled -LOS-, which received some fair amount of airplay in Canada and most notably in Phoenix Arizona at 98 KUPD with a remarkable DJ known as Jonathan L, who featured April Kibzeys song -THINGS- for a solid month. Jonathan L even voted Dollhaus as one his favorite bands on MySpace back in 2008.

In 2008 , Dollhaus decided to embark on new material in the studio with fresh ideas and a somewhat heavier approach to their music. The new album will be entitled - INDUSTRIAL BITCH - which features more of April Kibzey on vocals. Scott Walsh plays some wicked guitar work as well on the new cd. Scott is currently working at -Sound Creation Studio- producing and engineering new projects with BEEHLER, DOWN IN ASHES , DAVID MATTHEWS and other side projects. Georg Friedrich Trommelstock has never sounded better on drums ( usually when he,s pissed out of his skull) !
