German AOR and Melodic-Hard-Rockband BAD SISTER has finished recording work on the band´s forthcoming studio album, it´s first since 18 years. -Because Rust Never Sleeps- will be released on June 26th, 2009.

-We´re so happy and we think, that we´ve made a great record-, the band´s frontgirl Suzie Lohmar says. It took a long time to get the band together after all these years, to write good songs and to work in the studio - but now BAD SISTER is back again. -Because Rust Never Sleeps- contains 13 songs - good old AOR and Melodic Hard Rock at its best. -We wanted to record music, that feels like the 80s and sounds like today-, Suzie says.

The first single is called -Surrender- - a smashing hard rock hit in pure 80s style. The music video for the song was shot at legendary Reeperbahn, the famous red light district of Hamburg.

Straight, powerful and without any compromises: In the late 80s and early 90s BAD SISTER is a popular Melodic Hard Rock Bands in Germany - supporting Deep-Purple- Shouter Ian Gillan or Detroit Rocklegend Mitch Ryder. Melodious Rocksongs, earthy Rock´n´ Roll and great AOR make BAD SISTER an exceptional act: Female Fronted Hardrock. The first CD -Heartbreaker- (1989) is an AOR classic and was sold worldwide.
